Safety, Engineered by the AI

You never run an engineering check yourself — the AI does. As it designs, the AICAD-X Safety Envelope Engine automatically validates every part against material stress limits, load cases, manufacturing constraints, and fatigue life, and the AI revises the design until the checks pass.

No engineering work for you to do

Tell the AI what the design must handle in plain English — “it needs to hold 120 kg”, “it will be CNC-milled in aluminium”, “it vibrates constantly” — and it feeds those requirements into its safety validation automatically. If a check fails, the AI redesigns the part and validates again before showing you the result.

What the AI validates on every design

Material Stress

Every design is checked against the material’s yield and ultimate strength limits with engineering safety factors, using the platform’s materials database.

Load Cases

Static, dynamic, cyclic, and impact loads are validated with appropriate multipliers and safety factors for how the part will actually be used.

Manufacturability

Wall thicknesses, hole sizes, draft angles, and overhangs are verified against the constraints of six manufacturing processes — CNC milling, FDM, SLS, casting, injection molding, and sheet metal.

Fatigue Life

Cyclic loading is assessed with the industry-standard modified Goodman diagram, estimating fatigue life against the design’s target cycles.

6 Manufacturing Processes

CNC milling, FDM, SLS, casting, injection molding, sheet metal — each with process-specific constraints the AI respects.

4 Load Types

Static, dynamic, cyclic, and impact loads with appropriate multipliers and safety factors, applied by the AI.

Modified Goodman Diagram

Fatigue life estimation using industry-standard mean stress correction for cyclic loading.

Clear pass/fail verdicts

The AI reports each validation with a plain pass/fail verdict and an explanation of what it checked, so you always know the design it hands you has been engineered to hold up — without touching a single formula.
